This regulation establishes requirements for light sources with or without integrated control gear. The requirements also apply to light sources placed on the market in a containing product.
The regulation establishes the following requirements:
- Consumer information & labelling.
- Prevention of deceptive practices & consumer protection.
- Protection of the environment.
- Quality requirements.
Products covered (HS or CCCN where applicable, otherwise national tariff heading. ICS numbers may be provided in addition, where applicable): Outdoor
lighting products.
