Note the steep growth curve in regulation in Europe, Middle East & Africa and Central Asia in uppermost slide below.
The trajectory of the curve indicates that this trend is likely to continue at least into the medium term.

Interesting to note that the top four subjects are related to product specific regulation of relevance/impact to the lighting industry here in the middle east region. Top four subject areas are as follows:
